Who's a good fit for the partner program?
Web designers, marketing consultants, church-tech vendors, nonprofit consultants, IT contractors, and anyone whose clients regularly need websites. Best fit: people who already advise on the technology choice — not random affiliate marketers.
Do I need to drive a minimum number of referrals?
No quotas, ever. Refer one a year, refer one a month — both work. Tier progression is based on lifetime referrals, but tiers don't get downgraded.
When do commissions start?
As soon as your referred customer's first payment processes (after their free trial, if they take one). Commissions accumulate through the month, then pay out via Stripe Connect on the 30th of the following month (Net 30).
Can I co-brand or white-label?
Co-branding is available at Silver tier (e.g., your logo + ours on landing pages). Full white-labeling — where customers see only your brand, never ours — is available at Platinum. White-label includes custom subdomain, custom email-from address, and removal of all "Powered by BizTechMgt" mentions.
What's the commission on Enterprise customers?
Enterprise deals are commissioned at 10% (vs. 15% for self-serve tiers) because they require more sales support from us. But Enterprise contracts are larger — a $2,000/mo Enterprise customer is $200/mo to you, vs. $75 for a Premium customer. The math usually works out better.
What if my client wants to negotiate pricing?
Self-serve tiers (Basic, Mid, Premium) are fixed pricing — no negotiation. Enterprise is custom. If your client needs Enterprise pricing flexibility, loop us in early and we'll work the deal together. Your commission is protected.
