What does it cost to take donations?
We take $0 of every donation. Stripe charges 2.2% + $0.30 per transaction for verified nonprofits (their discounted rate). That's it. Some platforms add 1-5% on top — we don't.
How does the Google Ad Grant work?
If you're a verified 501(c)(3), Google gives you up to $10,000/month in free Google Ads placement (capped at $120K/yr). We handle the application, the 5% click-through-rate maintenance requirement, the keyword strategy, and the quarterly reporting. You see the results in your dashboard. Available on Premium and Enterprise tiers.
Will my donor data be safe?
Donor data is encrypted at rest with AES-256, with field-level encryption on PII. Never sold. Never shared. Never used to train AI. SOC 2 Type II audit in progress (target month 18). You can export the entire database to CSV anytime.
Do you support peer-to-peer fundraising?
Yes — included in Premium. Each supporter gets their own donation page with their photo, their fundraising goal, and a leaderboard for the campaign. Recurring giving works at the supporter-page level too.
Can we connect to Salesforce / our existing CRM?
Yes — Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Mailchimp, and Constant Contact connectors are available on Premium. Custom integrations (any system with an API) are available on Enterprise. Most nonprofits move fully onto our platform within 6 months and consolidate their stack.
What about 990 transparency requirements?
The platform automatically generates the financial transparency page that grant evaluators look for — current 990, board list, audit reports, mission statement. It updates when you upload a new 990. Foundations and grant evaluators love it because everything they need is in one place.
